As a hypnotherapist, speaker and stage hypnotist I have sought to help and inspire. There have been many success stories along the way as I use a mixed modality of therapy and motivational approaches. These stories demonstrate how thinking Out Of The Box can help you become healthier both physically and mentally when mainstream approaches did not.

While you may or may not agree with some of my techniques, that is perfect. All therapies are based on the concept that thoughts become things. Shifting focus from what is wrong to all the things that are right is the first step. Like a journey through life dealing with certain mental health issues there beneficial attributes that come along them. You will find out more as you listen to these stories.

All stories presented are based on my experiences with my clients and presentations. Certain aspects like names and specific details have been changed as required. Many stories are shared with the permission of the client which I will indicate. All results and the approaches taken to achieve them are real and should only be used by experienced professionals.
